Orders
Orders can only be placed at www.myllra.se
All contact from Myllra will be with e-mail.
Please check your registreted e-mailaddress!
Prices
The prices, at the moment you place your order, are valid.
Myllra has the right to update prices.
Storage
We also sell in physical shop, therefore some items can be out of stock even if you have ordered, and paid, them. If we have any alike, we will send these instead, otherwise we will contact you, by e-mail, to discuss if you will have any other item or the money back. (We will return money within 30 days.)
In case of ordering an item that is temporarily out of stock, the costumer accept the deliverytime as approximate. Myllra cannot be held responsible for directly, or indirect, damage that can arise due on behalf of delayed delivery.
Myllra has the right to cancel an "out-of-stock"-order. Myllra will, in that case, repay the amount the Customer paid for specifik product within 30 days after cancelling. Myllra will contact the costume, by e-mail if this happens.

Delivery
We are delivering orders monday-thursday. We will, most times, send your order the same day, or the next, after we received your payment.
Longer time of delivery, for example during high season, represents not behalf for customer to cancel order. Myllra cannot be held responsible for directly, or indirect, damage that can arise due on behalf of delayed delivery.
Myllra offers the Customer the opportunity to insure goods to be shipped. The insurance costs are charged to the Customer and will be choosed, by the costumer, when placing the order. This insurance will be confirmed on the order confirmation. The tracknumber will be found, after we treated your order, at your costumer information; "My pages".
Myllra has no possibilities to affect the deliverytime after leaving goods to postoffice.
Force Majeure.
Force majeure is any circumstance Myllra has no control over, preventing Myllra from honouring its obligations towards the Customer fully or partially.
Return of products
The Customer is obliged to check, upon delivery, whether the products meet the description. The Customer must take into account small size and colour differences of the products compared to those displayed on the internet site. If a product does not satisfy the description, the Customer must inform Myllra in an e-mail within seven (7) days after delivery, or as soon as checking could reasonably be performed.
If it is evident products do not meet the agreement, Myllra has the option to replace the specific products upon their receipt by new products or return the invoiced value of the returned products.
If the Customer does not wish to keep a product for any reason, the Customer is entitled to return the product to Myllra within fourteen (14) days after delivery took place. In this case return shipments are only accepted if the products are not damaged or used.
If the Customer return articles as mentioned, Myllra will repay the amount the Customer paid to Myllra within thirty (30) days after receiving the return shipment.
The Customer is responsible for the costs of the shipment and invoices (if applicable) and holds the risk of returning products until Myllra has received them.
Other
Myllra cannot be held responsible for obvious mistakes or typographical errors. Different computerscreens shows pictures in different ways. We cannot guarantee that the picture show the item exactly as it looks in reality.
Myllra cannot be held responsible for directly, or indirect, damage that can arise due on behalf of delayed delivery.
Privacy
All data registrated by the Customer, is strictly confidential and will be used for the following purposes:
1. Processing the order, the payment and delivery to registrated delivery address
2. Advancing the user friendliness of the internet site
3.Facilitating personal offers and providing relevant information or newsletters
Myllra observes the applicable privacy rules and laws.
Myllra does not provide customer data to third parties.

to keep order of products placed in the shoppingcart and to be able to analyze how users use the website.
